Full Pool Opening
Posted on Jun 8th, 2021 Comments (0)
Dear Homeowners,

We’re excited to announce that we received confirmation from Contra Costa County Environmental Health Services that pools may open normally on June 15. That means no reservations required, no monitor for social distancing, and no compressed capacity limits! Per guidance from the CDC and California Department of Public Heath, there is no need to wear a mask if you are fully vaccinated. We do ask that guests who are not vaccinated continue to wear a mask for their safety and others.

So mark your calendars: the pool will open normally beginning June 15!

A Few Pool Rules Reminders:
Remember that members are responsible for their guests and must accompany them at all times when they are using the pool.
All homeowners are required to have a key to enter the pool. Please do not open the gate for anyone without a key.
Please be respectful of the pool furniture and clean up any trash from your area when you leave the pool.
Remember there is no glass allowed in the pool area. Glass is very hard to see on the bottom of the pool and deck and there are often many bare feet running around. Don’t leave a mess where someone else can get hurt!

Thank you all so much for your patience this year and last year as we dealt with challenges related to restrictions placed on public pools.

Latest Pool Update
Posted on Sep 11th, 2020 Comments (0)
As you know, the swimming pool was closed pursuant to the State and County Orders due to health and safety concerns about the transmission of the COVID-19 virus. The revised Contra Costa County Order permits outdoor swimming pools to open, subject to specific limitations and rules. The Board has taken considerable steps to ensure the safety of all pool users, including limiting the number of users in the pool facility to one household at a time, requiring additional cleaning and sanitization of the facility and all high touch surfaces and the adoption of these emergency rules. All normal pool rules also remain in effect.

New Auto-Payment Options
Posted on Sep 11th, 2020 Comments (0)
Along with new management comes new options for paying your annual HOA dues. If you would like to sign up for autopay through HAS, please use the included form and return it to the management company. You’ll need your Association name, Rudgear Meadows, and your new account number which is detailed on the included statement.

On that note, please review the included statement. This reflects the balance we received from previous management. If you have any questions, please contact Stacey Lint, the Association Manager, for answers.

For those of you who are already set up with Auto-Pay through your own bank, please make sure to update the mailing address (to the below) and account number on your bill pay. Additionally, anyone who would prefer to send in a check annually for the dues may do so to the following address:
