The Architectural Standards of the Association establish the policies and procedures for modifications or improvements to the exterior of the home, including any landscaping changes. All homeowners are required to submit plans for review and approval by the Architectural Committee prior to beginning any work. 
 
The Architectural Committee is made up of a group of volunteer homeowners within the community who review the majority of applications via email. Because review timelines are subject to the availability of these homeowners, we cannot give definitive turn around times for applications; however reviews are generally completed in fewer than 10 days. Please plan ahead before your project to make sure you have approval in hand before beginning any work.
 
How do I submit for a change?
Download the below Architectural Application and complete the required areas. We recommend including as many details as possible relating to your project to expedite the Committee's review time. Once complete, email your completed application and any plans or photos to Architectural@hoaservices.net.
